Providence police are investigating a fatal crash. The rollover happened early yesterday morning on the Wickenden Street on-ramp to route 195. Police say the driver, Charles Connors, hit the curb, the wall and rolled over. He was later pronounced dead at Rhode Island hospital. His passenger was treated for a facial bruise.  « Less
