New Haven (WTNH) -- Beginning later today same-sex couples will be able to descend on city halls across Connecticut to get their marriage licenses, and some plan to say 'I do'. The official order from a judge is expected to come down this morning, which will allow city and town clerks around the state to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples.  « Less
