As we reported Thursday, the area codes in this part of the state are filling up. Thanks to cell phones. So, the Public Service Commission is adding new area codes. Customers signing up for new phone service will get two new area codes. By mid 2010, 534 and 274 will be up and running in their respective area code areas.
