The Green Bay Packers stadium district is counting on people spending money to help pay off its bonds. The district receives a half percent from the sales tax in Brown County. That's generally well over a million dollars a month. But with the economy in a recession, there are worries there won't be much money coming in. FOX 11's Mark Leland reports. « Less
