A suspect in a Providence shooting is under arrest this morning. Police in Sudbury, M.A. took Cleto Mejia into custody. Mejia is accused of shooting 32-year old Ricky Saunders on Sassafras Street last month. Saunders was shot in the back, outside a so-called "sip joint".  « Less
