For the first time in almost 10 years, a community forum will address issues regarding the electric, natural gas and telephone industries. The forum is being held by the Michigan Public Service Commission at Cadillac's City Hall later this month. Numerous issues will be discussed. Those include questions and concerns about electric, natural gas and telephone service as well as rate and billing questions.
