Bismarck Police want you to know about a sex offender that moved to the community. Jeffery Alan Creasey who also goes by Jeffery Alan Arndt is moving to 408 North Second Street number four. Creasey was convicted of gross sexual imposition in January of 2004 for having sexual relations with a fourteen and sixteen year old girl. In September of 2003 he was also convicted of corruption and solitication of a minor for having sexual intercourse with a seventeen year old female.  « Less
