Bismarck Police want you to know about a sex offender who's moved recently be released from prison and is now living in town... Terry Kautzman is living at 330 West Indiana Avenue in Bismarck. Kautzman is a moderate risk sex offender. He was convicted in 2006 in Oliver County of terrorizing and Gross Sexual Imposition. Kautzman choked and slammed his girlfriend into a wall until she was unconscious then he raped her, put her clothes back on and called 9-1-1.  « Less
