One year ago, on high school homecoming weekend, off-duty Forest County Sheriff's deputy and Crandon Police officer Tyler Peterson opened fire at a party. Six people were killed, including Peterson's ex-girlfriend Jordanne Murray. A seventh person, Charlie Neitzel survived. Investigators believe Peterson took his own life later that day.
