Authorities say a 63 year old man last seen at the International Powwow Sunday is missing. Richard Blue Earth was last seen wearing military fatigues as he is a veteran. He was at the closing ceremonies at the Powwow. Authorities say he may have met friends from Montana and traveled to the Fort Peck area. Blue Earth is 5'6, 195 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair.
