A group of public health units in North Dakota is planning to boost its efforts to educate the public about second-hand smoke. Details of the revamped campaign, called BreatheND, are to be announced Monday in Fargo and Bismarck by the health units' Public education on Tobacco Task Force. The campaign already sponsors TV ads. One facet of the new campaign is a Web site, www.breatheND.com. Money for the effort comes from the multistate settlement with tobacco companies that North Dakota helped negotiate 10 years ago.  « Less
