Another team that wears 'green' is getting ready on the gridiron. 'Fall Camp' is now officially UNDerway for the UND Fighting Sioux. It began today and not only will this season be their first in 'Division One,' but their first under new head coach Chris Mussman. He replaces Dale Lennon and he's hoping the Sioux can replace scoring stars like Weston Dressler and Ryan Chappell. (Chris Mussman:) We are going to have to ask more guys to pitch in and probably have to see a better effort and more production from guys like Garret Glover, Jake Caufield, Brady Trenbeath, Brandon Brady, Josh Murray, and Danny Freund and just distribute the ball a little more and basically not be as two-dimensional as we were and just be a little bit more open and have to spread the ball around. The regular season opens up later this month for the Sioux as they'll host Texas A&M Kingsville on 'Military Appreciation Night.' Meanwhile, The Grand Forks Herald is reporting that UND will have a big-time opponent on their 2009 schedule. Next year, they'll take on Texas Tech of 'Football Bowl Subdivision.'  « Less
