Governor Hoeven says the federal government is opening Conservation Reserve Program land to haying in 17 North Dakota counties. This is all in an effort to help drought-stricken ranchers around the Peace Garden state. Hoeven says the counties include Burke, , Divide, Williams, McKenzie, Golden Valley, Billings, Stark, Dunn, Mercer, McLean, Mountrail, Ward, McHenry, Renville and Slope counties. « Less
