It's a bill that aims to create more law and order on reservations... Senator Dorgan is part of a group that's introducing federal legislation to fight crime levels in Indian Country. Violent crime on the Spirit Lake and Standing Rock Reservations is more than 5 times the national average. Dorgan says one in three women on the reservation will be raped or sexually assaulted in her lifetime. He says the current system in fighting crime does not work and new legislation is an aggressive start at fixing problems... (Sen.
