Tomorrow is court day for Gary Ness. The director of the state Aeronautics Commission is charged with walking off with an envelope of cash from a Bismarck gas station. Police says Ness saw a woman leave the envelope on a counter, put a newspaper over it, and walked off with the newspaper and $1,770 in cash. Ness's first court appearance on a theft charge is scheduled for tomorrow morning.  « Less
