It might be summer-time, but some of the best wrestlers from the state of North Dakota are training this week in Casselton. The group of 16 grapplers are preparing for next weeks' A-A-U National Duals in Orlando, Florida. It's North Dakota's 5th trip to the event. Last year, the squad placed 11th out of 50 teams. (Daron Hohbein:) It is a great experience, getting to know guys from around the State and getting to see who the best of the best is from Class A and Class B. (Derek Lee:) The competition is way harder than just wrestling everybody in the State and you see a lot of different styles of wrestling. (Travis Lemar:) Just the top wrestlers in the United States end up showing up there and they kind of use it as a tune-up for Junior Nationals. Each wrestler had to raise one-thousand dollars to be a part of the team. The trip isn't all wrestling. they also plan to visit a theme park and the beach, among other activities.  « Less
