A Manitoba man was killed in a car crash near Dunseith that resulted in charges against the driver of one of the cars involved. 56-year-old Dennis McKenzie of Brandon was a passenger in a car heading north on Highway 281 north of Dunseith when it was hit by a car that crossed the center line. That car was driven by 45-year-old Allen St. Germaine of Belcourt. McKenzie died in the collision. St. Germaine wasn't injured and has been charged with drunk driving, driving under suspension, and driving without liability insurance.  « Less
