Mandan police are asking for your help in finding a missing Mandan man. The missing man is identified as Loren Keith Winks. He is six foot, one and weighs 198 pounds. He is balding with grey hair. Winks has been missing since yesterday morning at 9 a-m. He may be driving a gold 2002 Ford Ranger extended cab pickup. The North Dakota license plate number is GNI196. Winks left his home without any of his prescribed medication and his family and authorities have been unable to locate him. Winks was reportedly seen with his vehicle in the area of Makoti, North Dakota around 8:00 pm last night. He was wearing a blue windbreaker, khaki colored cap, a plaid shirt, and blue and white tennis shoes. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mandan Police Department at 667-3250.  « Less
