A police officer says Bismarck doesn't have a lot of gangs, but more gang members are moving into the area. The Bismarck Police Department met with parents last night about recent concerns of gang activity. They talked about the history of gangs, current gang trends in North Dakota, and how to respond to the growing threat. <Officer AzureThe gang members in Bismarck are increasing. I'm not saying we're having a large amount of gangs but we have a large number of gang members who are moving into town either from bigger cities or coming in from other areas.
