Three Baton Rouge men have been arrested in the December slayings of two international LSU graduate students, officials said. The identities of those arrested — Michael Jermaine Lewis, 19, of 6756 Myrtlewood Drive; Casey Gathers, 20, of 6420 Buckeye; and Devin Jamell Parker, 19, of 6813 Aspen Drive — were released at a 5 p.m. press conference today at Louisiana State Police headquarters.  « Less
