The wind was a big factor at one Bismarck business today... Dvorak Motors has been celebrating their Family Reunion Sale for the past couple days. They've been open for 13 months. But the wind put a damper on one of their activies. A hot air balloon was brought in by United Van Lines in hopes of lifting off from the car lot. (Steve LaFrombois/ Dvorak Sales) It was a great time. We had a big polka party Thursday night and it was really great tobe able to hook up with United Van Lines and bring the balloon in. It's a little windier then we expected but what are you going to do. The balloon weighs over 230 pounds and is 90-thousand cubic feet. They also have a balloon that looks just like a United Van Lines Van. The pilot says he is always looking out for the safety of riders. There are three balloon flights scheduled for in the next two days...weather permitting.  « Less
