Bismarck Police want you to know about two sex offenders moving into the area. Kyle Lee Hammond is now living at 223 South fourteenth street in Bismarck. Hammond is a high risk lifetime offendered for sex crimes he committed when he wasa juvenille in King County, Washington. His victims were juvenille boys and girls. Thomas Lee Kelly has moved to 615 North First Street number one in Bismarck. Kelly is a high risk lifetime offender. In May of 2000, he was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Burleigh County District Court. He forced the female victim to drive him to a rural location where he attempted to sexually assault the victim by force.  « Less
