Many of us in Siouxland saw rain totals over 3 inches Sunday night. Downtown Sioux City had reports of popping manhole covers and 2 feet of standing water. But South Sioux City was not only a hot spot for the heavy rain, but poor drainage areas made flooding even worse.  « Less
