When you race cars for a living, you most likely know a lot about seatbelts. Two-time defending World of Outlaws Champion and Minot native Donny Schatz visited Sunnyside Elementary School today to tell students how important seatbelts are to him and everyone else. Schatz is working with the Click It or Ticket seat belt enforcement campaign going all over the country teaching the importance of seatbelt use. Schatz enjoys the opportunity to help the Click It or Ticket campaign make a difference, especially in his hometown... (Donny Schatz, World of Outlaw Driver) We've don the click it or ticket program across the country not just in the North Dakota area. We've helped people in other states with our schedule and where we are across the country. It's a lot of fun for me to be a part of and I like to come back to the community I grew up in. If I can come back and help out in any way, I'm glad to. Schatz's next race in Minot will be on August 17th.  « Less
