How much will Governor John Hoeven's political future affect your vote this November? Democratic candidate for Governor Tim Mathern says TAKE VO Governor Hoeven should make it clear whether he'll serve out a full third term if North Dakota voters re-elect him. Mathern says voters have questions about whether Hoeven will run for the U-S Senate in the middle of his third term. He says Hoeven should make his intentions clear...
