The crew of a luxury yacht freed after a week of captivity by Somali pirates arrived back in France on Monday, greeted by President Nicolas Sarkozy. Le Ponant's 30-member crew -- 22 French nationals, six Filipinos, a Cameroonian and a Ukrainian -- were freed on Friday following negotiations that ended the standoff peacefully. Six of the suspected hostage-takers were nabbed by French commandos as they tried to make an onshore getaway after releasing the hostages following payment of ransom.
