Two long time North Dakota legislators are going against each other this weekend to see who'll move forward in the race for Governor. Representative Merle Boucher from Rolette and Senator Tim Mathern are seeking the Democratic - NPL nomination. Delegates will endorse one of the men during the parties convention Saturday. I'm going to step forward and say I'm going to take that issue on. I don't think Hoeven has been aggressive in dealing with issue, I feel he's avoided the issue can't do that any longer. (Sen.
