An 18 year old man involved in breaking into a Bismarck home and carjacking two women says he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Henry Long was sentenced today to four years in prison. Long along with Jeffrey Brown Otter stole guns and other items from a home. They then threatened two women with the guns. Long and Brown Otter ordered the women to drive them to a South Bismarck location. The crimes happened in September. Attorney Todd Schwarz says Long assisted officers by showing them where the stashed guns were. He says Long's involvement in the crimes was a lot less than Brown Otters. (Todd Schwarz / Long's Attorney) He's said he didn't think he could leave in the way he was restrained - if he would've ran away he would be shot or injured by Mr. Brown Otter. In the burglary case he worked as a look out - in none of these cases did he use the guns involved. Long says he regrets what happened and appologizes to the victims...
