Senator Barack Obama is coming to North Dakota... The Democratic Presidential candidate will be the keynote speaker at the Democratic convention in Grand Forks on Friday, April 4th. State Democractic Party Executive Director Jamie Selzler says Obama will draw more people and attention to the party and convention.
