How do you wake up in the morning? Do you take a brisk walk in the morning air? Do go to the gym? Or are you a part of 165 million americans who wake up with a mug full of their favorite roast? Coffee as well as a few other beverages contains a drug which comprises one of biggest drug addictions in the United States. Caffeine. But does it matter where it comes from? Which is better for you? Should you drink coffee...tea...or...soda? And how much is too much? Experts say that it doesn't matter where the caffeine comes from but how much you have. (Kay Wanner/Licensed Registered Dietician)for a normal healthy person they can consume up to 200-300 milligrams per day of caffeine...it could be 2-4 cups of coffee depending on how its brewed and the weakness of it and whatever, you know it really varies but it would be 2-4 cups of coffee.
