A building in Savannah, Georgia that once housed low income elderly and the disabled, was imploded. The 15-story Stubbs Tower was vacant since 2004. After the implosion, about 12,000 tons of rubble were left in a 25-foot-tall debris pile. (Dec. 15)  « Less
