Three men face life in prison for delivering drugs in two different cases. 49 year old Rick Flink is charged with conspiracy to deliver narcotic pain killers and 44 year old Steven Bertsch is charged with delivery of narcotic pain killers both are within one thousand feet of a school. Assistant Burleigh County States Attorney, Brandi Sasse Russell says the two men were charged after a controlled buy on May 30th. Bertsch is also charged with two more delivery charges for delivery of oxycodone and another drug near a school. In an unrelated case 30 year old Eric Loh is charged with two counts of Delivery of Meth. The charges are also from controlled buys in August and October. Because Loh has prior delivery convictions his current charges have a manditory minimum sentence of 20 years.  « Less
