Consumer bank loans are common in Lebanon -- but ones exclusively dedicated to plastic surgery are something of a novelty. Three months ago the First National Bank launched its "plastic credit" loan, which has proved such a success that now three other banks have follwed suit. Lebanon trails only the Brazil as the land most devoted to cosmetic enhancement. Despite the country's political troubles -- or perhaps because of it -- the industry is growing fast.  « Less
