In just a few days, Americans everywhere will light the fuse on another Independence Day celebration. This week, stands opened across several parts of the state, and those who run them say this looks like a promising year for sales. Last year, fire bans throughout North Dakota stunted sales a bitin fact, Paul Benson with TNT Fireworks says his business took a sixty percent cut in 2006. As a result, he's been keeping an eye on the rainfall. So everyone's been pretty excited that we are four plus inches above normal. And a few reminders if you're planning on celebrating the Fourth in Williston or in the Magic City.
