Much of the haze seen Monday along the Gulf Coast has been coming from a large fire still burning in Escambia County, Florida. Fire authorities believe the blaze started on Saturday from a lightning strike. So far, there have been about 250 acres of mostly swampland which has burned in an area west of Pensacola near Black Lake. « Less
