The Shandaken Pan Arts Festival, which begins Saturday and runs for 10 days, is part of the Ulster County Winter Festival of the Arts. It will feature visual, dance, performance and spoken word events. The festival kicks off Saturday at The Arts Upstairs on Main Street in Phoenicia with the Native Tongues Dance Band. Suggested donation is $5. All other festival events are free  « Less
