The Texas Legislature has worked quickly to pass two bills in order to give themselves time to override a potential veto by Governor Rick Perry. The bills which would undermine two of Perry's initiatives, HPV vaccines for 6 grade girls and the private toll road ownership, are likely to face a veto.
