Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Brian Marshall, an analyst at ISI Group, talks about the delay in a decision on the patent dispute between Apple Inc. and HTC Corp., and the outlook for Apple's share price. HTC, the largest smartphone vendor in the U.S., said a decision by the International Trade Commission on Apple's bid to stop some of the Taiwanese company’s imports has been delayed a second time.
