High School activities are winding down as the school year comes to a close that means end of the year performances. You can check one out in Minot on Sunday as the Magic City Drumline takes the floor to perform H-2-O. Perry Olson previews it... (Drumming) (Perry Olson - KX News) Noise to most high school kids isn't a problem... (drumming) But that is really the case for this group the Magic City Drumline where noise is a way of life. (drumming) You can take in their beat this weekend, as they will strut their stuff once more. (Amber Yates - MHS Senior) It is called H20. We will be doing what we did in Minneapolis which is what the drum core is really all about and then we will have other fun stuff too. Minneapolis refers to the competition the group took part in last month for the second time they battled it out against some of the best drumlines in Minnesota...and they are starting to get noticed... (Amber) We have got a good rep going and the MPA is starting to recognize us more. You can see that performance and more Sunday. (Jamiel Vadell - Drumline Director) A lot of fun and lots of energy. You will see some acting and other ways to have fun with the drumline. (Amber) We like crowd involvement and we like to get involved with the crowd...it is just a party!
