Nov. 4 (Bloomberg) -- David de Garis, a senior economist at National Australia Bank Ltd., talks about the outlook for the Reserve Bank of Australia's monetary policy and the country's inflation figures. The Reserve Bank of Australia cut its forecasts for economic growth and inflation for the next two years as financial turmoil abroad makes businesses more reluctant to hire and consumers cautious about spending.
