Nov. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Ivan Colhoun, head of Australian economics and property research at Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., talks about Australia's economy and central bank monetary policy. The Reserve Bank of Australia said that while there was a case for keeping interest rates unchanged at the Nov. 1 policy meeting, global economic risks and a slowing in inflation sealed the argument for a "modest" easing.
