It was a beautiful day, according to Jerry Brown. Look at the big, blue skies. 83 degrees winds -- benevolently blowing from the southeast at 3 miles per hour. Humidity comfortable. look at this. Clear skies and that has not been the case. it's been a mess down in florida and the carolinas. you can see the system moving up the coast.  « Less
