Aug. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Billionaire Carl Icahn agreed to sell his Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. shares for $7 each, roughly his cost, to end a battle for control over the independent film and television studio. Also Icahn, campaigning to oust Clorox Co. directors and put the company up for sale, said he will make his third takeover offer in two months for the maker of bleach and Glad trash bags.
