Its been seven years since workers were killed while constructing the Veterans' Glass City Skyway. Thursday they were remembered as a memorial honoring them was dedicated. The tribute memorial is located on the south side of the bridge at Tribute Park in East Toledo. It stands directly aligned with the Skyway's center pylon. Andrew Burris, Arden Clark, Robert Lipinski, Michael Moreau and Michael Phillips all lost their lives throughout the duration on the bridge's construction.  « Less
