Vivendi SA announced Monday that it has concluded the sale of a 7.66% stake in NBC Universal to General Electric (NYSE:GE) for $2 billion. The deal is part of Vivendi's full exit from NBC Universal. The remainder of the company's stake, about 12.34%, will be sold for $3.8 billion to GE after GE and Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) complete their transaction.
