Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Victor Cha, who holds the Korea Chair at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, discusses the conflict between North and South Korea. The U.S. sent the USS George Washington aircraft carrier to take part in exercises off the Korean Peninsula in a show of strength after North Korea fired artillery onto South Korean soil for the first time in half a century.
