Oct. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Since 1980, Terry McAuliffe has raised prodigious sums for lawmakers and presidents and ran the Democratic National Committee. He made millions in real estate, banking, homebuilding and credit cards, and now he's turning his attention to so-called green technology.
