They say it's it's a business deal that's been in the works for more than a year now. The presidents of St. Luke's Hospital in Maumee and ProMedica Health Systems made it official Wednesday. They plan to join forces this summer. Both health outfits say health care reform served as a catalyst for the change. The name will stay the same, but what about the service?  « Less
