March 18 (Bloomberg) -- Karen Ignagni, president of America's Health Insurance Plans, talks with Bloomberg's Margaret Brennen about the outlook for an overhaul of the health-care system. Proposed legistlation to overhaul the system will cost $940 billion over 10 years and reduce the federal budget deficit by $130 billion in the first decade and $1.2 trillion in the next, said Representative Chris Van Hollen after the Congressional Budget Office released its cost estimates.
