Ohio's unemployment numbers grew in January in 87 of its 88 counties, according to a release by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Office of Workforce Development. Ottawa county leads the state in unemployment, topping the chart at 19.8% Delaware County, just north of Columbus, had the lowest rate at 8.4%. In January, the comparable rate for Ohio was 11.8 percent. The U.S. rate is 10.6%.  « Less
